You can browse the products without revealing any personal information.
For placing an order you are kindly asked to register and provide the relevant information to austriamicrosystems.

You can access the following areas:

• my orders (details of open and completed orders)
• shopping cart (view of selected quantities and products that have not yet been ordered"> your shopping cart can be saved if you wish to continue shopping later)
• personal details (personal data such as billing address, email address, telephone no. and password can be reviewed and changed any time)

Yes. The maximum order quantity of each product is indicated in our product catalog or is shown as part of the ordering process. For sample orders the quantities are predefined by product.

The availability of products is indicated by a green light for products in stock and a red light for products which are temporarily unavailable. A yellow light indicates that the chosen order quantity is only partially available. austriamicrosystems AG reserves the right to make partial shipments.

Products marked with a red light are only temporarily unavailable. Please send a message to Customer.Service@austriamicrosystem.com to get more detailed information.

Transport costs have to be paid by the customer. These fees, including order handling charges, are dependant on the shipping address. In case of partial shipments any further handling and shipping costs will be covered by austriamicrosystems AG.

You can check the status of your order under "My account". Please use the link and tracking number which were sent to you by email.

Web shop products can only be purchased by providing a valid credit card number. The following credit cards will be accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club.

No cancellation is possible after your on-line order has been sent to austriamicrosystems AG.
