The company's manufacturing facility combines all required departments such as research and development, design engineering, mask lithography, wafer production, assembly, and test under one roof.
All quality assurance measures are based on ISO 9000. The company is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 and QS 9000/VDA 6.1. austriamicrosystems has also been awarded the CECC 90000 certificate, the STACK Technical Approval for advanced quality management and the Q1-approval by Ford.
200 mm Production Line
Technological development is progressing towards ever smaller geometries "deep sub micron" enabling the integration of complete integrated electronic systems on a single chip ("system-level integration"). With a view to the future such products can only be realized on a 200 mm line.
Mask Shop
austriamicrosystems provides complete in-house mask fabrication capability and therefore we can guarantee a close protection of our customers' intellectual properties during the complete wafer manufacturing process.
