Description
The High Voltage processes of austriamicrosystems are developed to fulfill the modern demands in high voltage products. The technology is based on a high voltage extension of our standard CMOS base process. This strategy provides a variety of high-voltage devices which are suitable for numerous design requirements. The process is realized by a low number of masks and alignments.

- Two unrestricted layers of metal and two layers of poly for linear capacitors
- Poly-to-poly capacitors (CXY, CXZ)
- High resistive poly options (CXZ)
- High voltage N and PMOS transistors with maximum VGS of 20.0V
