Description

The AS8520 is an IC dedicated to automotive battery sensor systems and small actuator control units like window lifts or similar automotive or industrial applications. It provides a LIN transceiver, a voltage regulator to operate the electronic unit and its microcontroller from car battery supply, a serial interface to communicate configuration, diagnostic and status data and application specific devices such as relay drivers and precision resistive attenuator with disable.
