Camera Flash LED Drivers
austriamicrosystems’ simple and safe, high current Flash LED drivers belong to the world’s smallest IC solutions. The AS3685, for example, a 700mA, charge pump based Flash LED driver consumes less than 14 sqmm of PCB Area including all relevant external components. austriamicrosystems’ Flash light product family currently includes capacitive and inductive LED drivers. Supercap based solutions as well as Xenon related products are part of our new product pipeline. All lighting products come either in space saving Wafer Level Chip Scale packages or in thermally enhanced QFN or DFN packages.
